This is a photograph from A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum which just opened to favorable reviews at The Stratford Shakespeare Festival in Ontario where Des McAnuff is now Artistic Director.

This production was first conceived of and produced at La Jolla Playhouse 19 years ago.

Des of course remounted the production with Wayne Cilento's delightful choreography and Jeff Gordon's clown routines.

The cast was absolutely splendid and the Canadians were more than gracious to their US neighbors who participated in the production!
